Dr. Stephanie Au reached out to MONARC because she didn’t want your run-of-the mill medical office.

MONARC received an IDIBC Award of Merit for this project in 2018

Dr. Au envisioned an elegant and sophisticated interior for her private practice. Something that didn’t feel overly clinical - in spite of itself.

A light palette of off-whites, blonde wood tones, white marble and satin gold accents set the backdrop for this serene space. We achieved maximum ceiling height by tucking required ducting into less prominent areas, and further enhanced it with the use of 8 foot high doors. Feature details in the flooring + wallcovering echo a culmination of points:
the very definition of an Apex.
