For this Mount Pleasant office renovation, Monarc aimed to create unexpected moments of delight, encouraging users to interact with the forms, fabrics and patterns.

An eclectic material palette selection veers away from the traditional corporate atmosphere and comprises a selection of walnut veneer, hexa-color floor tiling, custom decorative light fixtures and vibrant colors to lend dynamism to the space. 81 socket mount pendants with frosted LED bulbs create the feature ‘city grid’ of lights. Perforated metal panels create a lightbox effect behind the front desk, and also act as a signature backdrop to the neon sign in the open office area.
